Before founding ThriveCounts, I spent over 30 years in theatre — where precision, timing, and structure held every production together. I directed, stage-managed, and produced more than 60 shows, leading teams of up to 200 people. It was organized chaos — and it taught me that strong systems don’t limit creativity; they make it possible.

Theatre taught me how to see the system behind every story — and that’s exactly how I approach business. Behind every great idea is a framework that needs to hold up under pressure. I built ThriveCounts to design that framework — turning financial confusion into clarity, and structure into growth.
